MFD satnav frozen

Featured Replies

after any idea's guys

only had car 6 weeks (56 reg superb) - car has the skoda DX /MFD1 satnav

basically today the satnav has frozen - display says that the system is initiallising, but

it does not start up. tried pushing eject to re-load disc, but that wont work either.

CD changer system is fine, so must be the CD-ROM part of the system

any ideas for sorting it out before I have to make trip to dealer ? - have also tried switching on/off several times.

all suggestions gratefully recieved

cheers - Tb

remove the fuses for the satnav and then reconnect them it might do the trick.
