I don't see any problem with the fonts! :D

using the mobile:thumbup:

How many miles has it done?

if the car is new, check the the dealer has actually removed the packing from the suspension.

Has the car just developed this problem or was it behaving like this from new? The obvious culprit would be faulty shocks but as the vehicle is a 2009 it should not be normal wear and tear. Suggest you take up as a Warranty claim.

id have said your dampers were gone initially, but fora 2009 car to do that would be a little suspect. i agree it could be the travelling packaging in the springs not being removed after transit

it behaves like this from day one, I will look for travelling packaging but for bad luck I have no warranty on my car because I bought it from outside my country and the dealer refused to make anything in it and if I wil not find the travelling packaging I have to change the shocks and if possible I will use the jetta shocks (my brother car) as they are very balanced or i can send a claim to skoda

Dont use Jetta shocks on a Octavia. The back end has a very different unsprung weight and you will very quickly blow the Jetta shocks.

Sounds like transport blocks. They are now bright yellow, and easily seen.

Do a search here and you'll find a thread with pics.

Unfortunately I check the car myself but no transport blokes as I know the jetta have two different shock absorbers one for the stander car with 16 inch wheels and the other with 17 ins wheels for the octy here I will not find the sport shock as the dealer brings a different suspension with higher clearance than usual 30 mm (my father car)called e711t (as rough road package)

And the aftermarket products are all the same for octy, jetta golf so what is your advice about this

Thanking in advance

Use the correct ones only. Dont mess with Jetta ones.

first i suggest tou go an make a test to yous shock absorbers to make sure that the problem is within them

i have checked mine in my old car in mobile sheraton they have an instrument there to test the shock absorbers

also the service center in the air force club "salah salem street " they have it too

if you are sure of the problem , try to import the same parts from outside , it will be cheaper specially if you dont pay taxes and shipping :)

visit this site "http://www.partslink24.com "
