i was planning to try a set of these tyres, but i cant get any. is there a general lack of supply or perhaps just the suppliers i have tried?

I've seen a couple of write ups & they don't seem to be brilliant.

Got mine last year from this local independant. £58 each for 195/65 r15 fitted for a set of four.

I used several sets of Quatrac 2 on my Passat Estate 100ps TDi. They gave great grip on snow but the low ground clearance was a problem.Worked well for all year round use and never overheated even running at high speeds with a heavy load.
