heated seat fuse number

Featured Replies

can anyone tell me what number is the heated seat fuse is. wife is stuck with a hot seat that wont turn off:confused: its a Fabia tdi 1.9 elegance 2001

I think the answer is to RTFM. :P

If you don't have the owners or Haynes manual, then it is Fuse #63 and is 15A, remember the one in the owners manual is for LHD, so it's the mirror image. You can download the manual from Skoda in one of the sticky threads, or look at this diagram here: www.fabia-vrs.com - Fuse panel layout

If it's stuck ON, it's unlikely to be a fuse, although whipping it out and sticking it back in again may reset the controller (if it uses one - I don't know TBH). Sounds more like the switch / dial, which you can pop out by following steps 1-3 of this guide. If you disconnect it and the seat goes cold, then you probably need a new one...
