Ok, I will start a new thread shortly as to regaurding what day of the week works best and I will look for a few pubs in the area and post up, any recommendation's welcome

The sunday worked best for us , the 1st 1 was a wed. and only 4 people came so , we went for the sunday , which as your a regular will know works well .

the fox was colin d s suggestion as its easy access to the motorway links , so maybe the tickled trout for you , it highly visible , but its the only 1 i know tbh.
