Just had my Octavia Elegance TDI estate, 20k serviced at JBS of Chesterfield.They are specialists for VAG and will do anything from an oil change to full racing mod. For £180 a thorough,professional and friendly staff carried it out, which also included a litre of long life top-up oil, a hand made cup of tea - no machine crap- 2 dog biscuits and a bowl of water for my black Lab. I left feeling good about it, which cannot always be said after having dealer done work. I can recommend VAG owners to give them a try.They have a new web site too which is very professional too and worth a look.

Had my Passat Diesel serviced/repaired several times there.

Price and competence- excellent.

BUT their loan vehicles were rubbish. The last one I had broke down at the local filling station and I lost time off work.Apart from that definitely recommended.
