If you have a WM device, download BT Audio (free) then you can stream audio over any device.

I wouldn't bother myself. Put all you want on a SD card and you'll get much better quality and it won't chew your battery life up.

The limitation is not in the phone handset, its the bluetooth protocols supported by the oem system. It does not support A2DP, and can only stream in Mono audio only phone calls. The sound quality is very poor as the transmission bit rate is low which is not an issue for voice only.
