Asus G1S Notebook

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I'm looking to sell my Asus G1S Gaming Notebook. It is in very good condition. I purchased it with a view to gaming on it but evenually decided to go down the PS3 and XBOX360 route, so it has only been used for web browsing and office applications. It is fully boxed with all accessories except the laptop bag which was included in the original purchase.

Spec includes:

Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 2.0GHZ

15.4" Display

4GB Crucial RAM (Upgraded from 2GB)

160GB HDD

Bluetooth

Wireless a/b/g

Ethernet 10/100/1000

Nvidea GeForce 8600M GT 256MB

DL Lightscrive DVD RW optical drive

4 x USB 2.0

HDMI output

VGA

Express card slot

External SATA

Logitech Optical mouse

Built in Webcam

Windows Vista Home Premium

It is very well constructed and has a carbon effect finish to the lid and palm rest and has glowing lights on either side of the lid and on the touchpad.

I am looking for your honest opinions as to how much i could possibly expect to get should i decide to sell it. I am looking into a new business venture and i am looking at getting an Asus netbook, purely for the mobility side. I would use the Asus G1S for business but to be honest its a bit overkill and would rather someone gets the intended (i.e. gaming) use out of it. I know pictures may help but i havent taken any of the unit as yet. If anyone requires pictures of the unit then please let me know. This will give you an idea of what it looks like. It is currently back in its box in safe storage.

This thread is a feeler for price and should it go up for sale i will post it in the relevant section.

TIA for your opinions.
