My head and fog lamps mist up when i have been out in the rain, the head lamps by about 2/3 and the fog lamps completely Skoda say this is normal with these clear lamps, is this really the case.

IIRC there's little rubber drain holes in them, could they be blocked?

I had this on my headlamps too, try unclipping and opening the rear of the headlight units ( as if you were to change a bulb) and leaving the bonnet on the latch for a few hours or overnight if possible, this should clear the condensation naturally. Mine has'nt happened since. Not sure about the fog lights though.

I read this in my manual somewhere. It mentiond this may happen in certain circumstances and is perfectly normal.
