I have had a Fabia 1.2 since May. It replaced an Alfa 146 via the scrappage scheme. I really like the Fabia but the brakes just are not as good as the Alfa. They just don't seem to bite as well. There are lots of after markets pads available. EBC green stuff have been recommended.

Are they better?

Any advice welcome.

I drove a 1.2 Fabia when my vRS was in for a service, and scared myself at an island. It's not that the brakes are bad, just that it's not a performance car.

Greenstuff seems to be loved or hated. Probably worth a go though.
