I was wondering if anyone could help me here.

I have been using just a few little button cell batteries in the central locking remote and they've not been lasting two minutes!

I have a feeling that it should just be one battery in there but not sure of the size/voltage etc.

Anyone have any ideas?

Check out the mod I did on it to extend the range... it works!

Possibly an A23?

I thought that initially but after looking at an old one that came out of a multimeter it is way too big.

Perhaps it is just suppose to be a few button cells but bigger ones?

That's what was in there when I got it.
