Is this a good price for rear calipers & carriers?

I'm currently looking at a vRS brake set on ebay from a breakers yard.

The whole set, including worn Red Stuff pads which I won't be using, is on for £325 but he's willing to split the rear calipers and carriers for me for £150.

Is that a good price for the rears, or should I barter him down, or leave it?

This is to go on my 1.8T Elegance.
