i have an octavia II 1.8tsi.

I have change my car's illumination from green to red and blue (like golf).

Now i want to change my dashboard with one with max dot and i have a question.

If i buy a new one with max dot, it will be in green color and i will have to change it to red and blue. So does anyone know, if i can fit one from a vw model, like golf mk5 to avoid change its illumination?

Maxidot in the UK is white characters on a dark blue background.

If it will physically fit then yes the connectors are the same and I presume the wiring is too (otherwise it should have a different connector). I could code it in, however I suspect you're not in the UK.

i uninstall al switches, climatronic and dashboard and i opened them. then i change all smd led(green) with 3mm led(red & blue).

Maxidot in the UK is white characters on a dark blue background.

Same in Italy: white characters on dark background. Guess it is standard.

Not a problem of green (smiley color intended :D)
