Just wondering how i tighten the handbrake cable.!?

cheers

Remove the rear ash tray / cubby from the back of the centre console and you will find two Torx headed screws. Remove these and you should be able to lift the rear end of the console far enough to gain access to the 10 mm nut on the end of the hand brake lever.

Not the easiest to access, but not as difficult as an Octavia with a front armrest!

Before adjusting the handbrake cable remove the rear drums and check that the brake shoes are correctly adjusted so that the drums just clear the shoes. The auto adjusters don't always ratchet the shoes to the optimum position.

I don't know what it's like for cars with drum brakes, but for disc brakes, you should check that the handbrake connecting things are correctly set (should be either 1-1.5mm or 1.5-2mm from their keeper, IIRC). The Haynes manual is great for explaining this :)
