Hi all,

Got my Octy TDI VRS on Saturday, had a MK1 Leon Cupra TDI and gotta say im well impressed with the Octavia so far (even though ive only had it 2 days!!!)

Anyway as with all things car im looking to go down the 'remap' route.

Has anyone used DTUK based in Consett area???

I am basically looking for what people think of results/customer service etc.

Also if standard TDI VRS is 170hp and you remap to 200ish hp will clutch flywheel etc be able to take this extra power easily (obviously without booting car below 2000rpm etc)

Any advice here no matte how small would be much appreciated

I had Angel do their worst on my old Punto HGT which was 100hp standard and 150 remapped. I drove it like I stole every day for 40K and four years and it nevr missed a beat. I would imagine a 30bhp increase on a Skud would be ok...........
