Hi - just joined today

Currently driving a Saab 9-3 Sportwagon (bad choice...) but have a new FL vRS diesel on order (yaay!)

Spec is:

Black Magic TDI estate (took ages to decide, but finally went for black instead of race blue, and manual instead of DSG)

Sunset glass

Rear parking sensors

Maxidot

MDI (bit of an indulgence as it already has a 3.5mm input + SD slot, but I wanted to connect my ipod)

plus dog guard and boot mat to keep my hound under control

Have seen the pictures of other FL vRSs on here and can't wait for it to come! Ordered at end of September, initially told would be here early Dec, now it's early Jan. Possibly. If I'm lucky!

Welcome aboard! Is it your first foray into Skoda ownership?

It will be my first Skoda. I've had other VW group cars before (2 Mk1 Seat Leons with the 2nd being an FR diesel), so know it will be a quick, well built quality car (unlike by current Saab that is quite well designed, but very badly built, and has been back to the dealer 6 times in 6 months due to various problems, so getting rid...)
