To get the ball roling again; 800 Yeti's on oreder in the UK

Featured Replies

First a big thank you to Colin for getting things on-line again.

Anyway just to reintroduce one of the 'lost' threads regarding the 800 plus orders that have now been placed for the Yeti in the UK.

If I remember rightly James at Allams had posted that most of his orders had been for the SE 140 4x4.

Not too surprised myself as the TDI 140 is currently the most wildly available to test and from a personal point of view I think the SE 140 4x4 represents the best value for money as the line-up currently stands. Another benefit of the SE spec is a more comprehensive options list which gives you more opportunity to tailor the car to your requirements, as in my case.

The E & S spec currently only offer lower power engines and there are few options.

Elegance is a great spec but again to get a more powerful motor your breaking the £20,000 mark and there are some like myself who are not keen on full leather seats.

Finally the 1.8TSI; fantastic engine by all accounts but Skoda UK are asking at least £1000 to much to make it financially viable to run.
