I was thinking of some clear lamin-x on the sill of my combi. Most of the time the dog jumps in past it but the odd time he gets lazy and want to be lifted in. He puts is paws on the bumper and paws it.

How strong would the lamin-x be I wonder?

Hmm.. not to sure if I want something stuck to the bumper. Although I think it would work a treat. Have you got/fitted one? I wouldn't think twice if the car was black. I bought this. It folds into the boot and is held in place with 2 plastic nuts in the spare wheel well in the boot. When I fold it up, I store it under the boot mat.
