Strut Top Mounts

Got a knock from the front of my vrs and approx 15mph. Already had cupra console bushes etc, ARB links are fine, which makes me think its the top mounts that are causing it...

Is there any way of checking them while still on the car?

mine knocked after having basically everything replaced on the front, inc top mounts, so unless you can find something with play in, I wouldn't worry about it to much

i really think it will be the ARB links, even though there is no play, what you get is tightness in the joints, when these move they go with more of a jolt than a smooth twist
