I ran a Honda Accord for 5 years, nice car in some ways, but irritating -(No rear wash wipe, uncomfortable seats, hard suspension, poor rear legroom/sitting attitude, a bit thirsty) , and after a longish search purchased a Laurin & klement 2.0TDi Ocatavia, to replace it.

I love it! - Quicker, more comfortable, roomier, much more economical, and incredible practical. Very intelligent car!

If I have a gripe, its that the engine is a little coarse, but otherwise a lovely tactile car.

I am trying to find some better alloys to improve the looks, but so far it has proved utterly reliable, and economical.

I have joined the forum because I hope to make a contribution, and become aware of clubs, new ideas for styling, and improvements to the car. Overall I think the car was a brilliant buy.
