Checking the oil today I noticed the orange plastic on the base of the handle is breaking up. Rather then letting it disintergrate and fall into the sump I'm looking to replace it.

Looks like the part number is: 06a 115 611 b. I'm having no joy from any local scrap yards and cannot find anywhere online that is selling them.

This is the part I'm after...

Anyone know of somewhere to order one or will this be a trip to the dealers?

I got mine at the skoda dealer. They ask me for my vin number in order to give me the correct one. So my best advise it to get it from a Skoda dealer in order to get the correct one.

I was checking the oil and the orange plastic oil dipstick handle break so I put a new one then like a month later cheking again the oil, the orange plastic tube (dipstick Funnel) were you put that oil dipstick brake apart.

So my best advise it to change the Oil Dipstick and the dipstick Funnel Orange tube at the same time.

Its look like that orange plastic get britle because of the engine heat.

Went for this in the end

Quite pricey but compared to the Neuspeed it is the whole dipstick rather than just the handle. Looks rather nice.
