Hey guys..

My temperature sensor is broken, and I've been meaning to replace it for a while.

I thought I may as well replace the thermostat while I do it rather then just the sensor...

Where's best to buy it? Dealers? Ebay?

After scouring ebay and websites I only ever come across the sensor on its own..

Can anyone link me to a sensor + thermostat?

I've just bought and fitted the sensor and thermostat (The whole housing, bought from a Skoda dealer)

I went for a quick 10 minute drive up the motorway, and it was still stuck on the cold side.

I looked at it again, after about 25 miles and it had shot to the middle.

I always thought there was a gradual rise/fall with the gauge?

Could it be the gauge itself that is faulty, or some other connection?
