After a few years trying to find a car that is right for me, my girlfriend pointed me to a Skoda Octavia PD 170 vRS a few days ago. I have to be honest, I was a bit of a badge snob, but I agreed to take it for a drive - from that moment, I was won over!

I have just ordered the car and pick it up on the 5th - it is a 2008 with 18k on the clock and after coming from a 2004 BMW 525d, I thought when I sat in it, I was going to be hugely disappointed - how wrong could I be!

Looking forward to learning more about the car

Hehe the funny thing is, I was terrible for not indicating but my reason was not lazy or anything like that - have you ever used the indicators in a 5 series? They are terrible! You indicate and to cancel, it is not a normal movement to cancel, you more often than not indicate the other way making you look like a fool

But cant wait to pick up the vRS!
