Flashing Glow Plug Heat ligh

Featured Replies

While driving today my glow plug "coil" light on my dash began to flash. There is no visable change in the way the car handles and when you restart the car it goes off. However when you drive off it begins to flash again. From the Haynes manual it says somthing about a fault in the engine management system. I was just wondering if anyone had any more ideas on what this is and if they solved it by doing anything?

Cheers

Dan

A nice little welcome to the new year from my car!

Or even something as simple as a blown brake light bulb or two.

Did you wish your car a happy new year when you got in it this morning? Maybe she is sulking. As mentioned earlier, check the brake bulbs (and switch).
