Firstly can i say Happy New Year and wish you all the best for this forth coming year. I have just recently joined your forum after much deliberation from looking at the interesting posts on the cars and problems that you experiance. I am currently awaiting delivery of my new car which i have been told is due some time in January. I ordered the car on the 27th November but have had to wait until sometime in January due to skoda's new database and operating system.(obviously ironing out the gremlins).

What i would like is for yourselves to let me know of ongoing issues i may experiance with my car, the one that got me was the tailgate wash wipe incident which has happened to a very good friend of mine and ask if i could get some info for him on this.

Thaks to you guys i have been able to rectify the problem with the least amount of trouble so thankyou all concerned for your help!!!

The model i've ordered is the Elegance hatch in arctic metallic green with the 2.0 ltr tdi pd engine in.Hope this helps

The car has all standard equipment plus the polished wood decor and sunroof
