08 Main Beam Bulbs - what type?

After a bad experience with just about every main beam bulb I have ever had on a car, one of the first things I do is to replace them with higher output, normally 80W - but what type of bulb are they in the 08 Octavia? It has Xenon dipped, so just need to sort the main beams out. Are they H7's? (not picking the car up until Tuesday)

Main beam is H1.
