Recently i posted the car under boost was spluttering and an engine management light flashed, will i replaced the spark plugs and the light went off and the car drives fine.

Except, i can give it beans in 1st 2nd, 4th and 5th gear, but in 3rd around 3k it splutters,judders and holds back, only for a second then goes again, then splutters again about 3.5k it's quite annoying

until you plug vehicle on computer and observe masure value blocks while you drive its hard to say. One of the things that could cause this are air leak inside inlet manifold, intermitant fault with throtlle body, basic settings between throtlle body and accelerate pedal or sticky VVT solenoid.

You could also give the throttle body a clean, suprising transformation on power delivery & smoothness, it worked for me.
