I am just going throught the same process with speccing a L&K - my assumption is Yes as that was certainly the case with my Seat Toledo spare wheel option.

When I ordered the full size spare on my FL Vrs estate it did come with a jack and toolkit as such there is not much with the factory tool kit but there are some things included, hope this information helps.

Also be aware that the tyre may be a different make as my wheels have continental tyres and the spare is a bridgestone.

You even get a jack and toolkit when you dont order a spare wheel. My dads Fabia came with the toolkit, jack, can of tyre gunk and a tyre inflator.
