Hi All

I have a 2001 Fabia estate. I has cental locking which works fron both doors via the key. Is there any low cost kit I can fit to give it remote central locking as not having this is driving me a little around the bend.

Not really no, as the comfort control module and all the wiring is different. The only 'easy' way to do it, is fit an after market alarm that has remote locking. I used laserline on a couple of VW Polos and it worked well.

Somewhere on here there is a step by step pictural guide on how to fit this.

I think, in short, when you unlock it, the module for the remote guide just tells the door locks to fire, as if it were the key in the lock.
