Can someone help?

My service manual (TIS version) is playing me up and I can't access any part numbers.

I need a driver's side headlight for a Mk1 VRS from 2006 (definitely a Mk1!) which has a driver's headlight with the part number 1U2941018P.

I want to replace the headlight, but the ones I've seen on eBay are different part numbers (1u2 941 016c) from 2001 cars.

What I'd like to know is what part numbers will replace my headlight, perhaps more specifically will the above one do?

1U2 941 018 P is the correct part number for yours, the other part number isnt recognised anywhere, the vrs h/lamp is the same throughout

From what you say, I suspect he's read the number incorrectly.

The donor car isn't a VRS though. It's an Elegance so it's definitely face-lift.

My main concern is over the second light in the headlamp. Are they all the same (fog lamp I think)?

I've just realized that at worst all I need is for the clear plastic cover to be the same so I can transplant it (but it's not a 2 minute job!), so there is some leeway there.
