Ever since i bought my VRS 18 months ago had this weird problem where whenever I go forward or back in 1st gear, I notice the lights flickering. I seem to notice it even more now and i did post on here about it when I first bought my car but apparently its normal. It only happens when i turn the steering wheel. for example reverse parking. I also notice it when I use the electric windows, but not putting them down. if they are already up fully I push them up again to be sure they flicker but very subtle but its there.

I've owned several cars in the past but never seen anything like this before.

Check the alternator pulley is working correctly. It has an internal clutch that can fail, which means if you're pulling a lot of power at low revs you might get some issues.

The steering draws a lot of power so would show this up.

Alternator sprague clutch as above, or possibly battery starting to give out. So I'd get the battery condition checked first, and note that the sprague clutch can be bought without an alternator attached.
