Ok, I have setup the car to unlock all doors and turned off the global closing of windows, the other day the spare key was used. Since then the normal key is used. All functions have been ok as set.

Today I was going into the menus and noticed the settings showed the defaults of the above however the windows do not globally close and all doors unlock (as wanted). Is this normal? I have gone into the settings and reset them back and all is still ok. Really odd.

If you've made any VCDS adjustments on your car then it can sometimes appear to do things that 'aren't quite right' afterwards!

It's to do with VCDS not quite 'talking properly' to the newer FL controllers.

What di I need to do to open all doors with one press of the remote?

Thanks

Sorry, I don't have VCDS.

The anti hijack/locking can be done without VCDS. Select the right functon in maxidot, convenience I think from memory, and it should work. It's in the manual which is why I found it and activated it.
