Hi Steve,

The best way to check, get something like a crow-bar and stick behind the bar and see if there is any play in the rubber, and sort of do the same with the consul bushes, but do the checks with the car on all fours (not jacked up)

Looking at the pictures(and only what it looks like) picky 2 and 4 look a bit suspect, but down to get down and dirty I am afraid !

PS what happened to the last Picky ? (its all blue)

Picture 3 shows that the console bush is starting to split. When the ARB goes the plastic collars split and allow the bar to move across the car and it can hit sub frame. Your bar looks to be the later type with metal collars and they look to be intact.

They look on the way out unfortunately, time to get some cupra bushes in there, FYI putting a bar in and moving the wishbone will tell you nothing as even brand new you can flex the bush to it's limit easily hth !!
