Blue Yeti

Featured Replies

Googled 'storm blue yeti' to check out some real life photos of the colour I have on order. 'Blue yeti' is a type of computer microphone and the name of a bizarre chatroom with 'Join the Alliance or the Horde in the world of Azerothh forums'. !!!!!!

Perhaps should have gone for silver after all!!

That is one fine looking motor car in Storm Blue and I did consider it for a while. I decided not to go for it in the end because when I saw the colour in the flesh it seemed much darker than in many of the photos (and it cost £400 more than my choice of red!). I think Skoda should have offered Dynamic Blue on the Yeti as they do with the other models. Might have considered that one....

I would have selected Storm Blue if it had been my choice, but SWMBO always chooses silver, grey, blackish cars and I always choose metallic blue. Just the way it is and I can never persuade her otherwise and vice-versa.

I drive a Race Blue Octavia, she's getting a Steel Grey Yeti.

Hi

Thanks for all the pictures! My original reason for the post was I thought the term 'blue yeti' may mean something other than a lovely coloured Skoda car! Some dodgy sites with 'blue yeti' on them! So excited about the car but had persuaded myself that it looked better without the extra money for the silver roof rails. Until now. Plumber - it's all your fault for those great photos- I'm now going to have to ask very nicely if they can change my order to add the silver roof rails. Haven't got a build week yet so hopefully that is easy enough. By the way - the average age of the storm blue owners/owners to-be on the colour poll is 28.5 years! :D

Charlie - Don't worry if you can't get silver roof rails. I think the black looks better.:0)

When I register my Storm Blue in March the average age will go up to around 40 :0)

I didn't mention there were only 2 owners/owners-to-be on the colour poll and the other owner was 20! :giggle:

In that case 40 was a good guess - only a few months out!!

Hi,

I got my Storm Blue Yeti on the 4th.

Very pleased. Dealer was very helpful with the colour as the brochure representation is awful.
