Central Locking - Different to normal?!

Featured Replies

When I use my Key fob to lock the Car (Central Locking) the indicators flash, you hear a 'locking noise' and the Car is locked. If i'm not sure i've locked the Car, I re-press the lock button on the Key fob and the indicators flash, but no 'locking sound' from the Car. But today I parked up, pressed the lock button and the indicators flashed and heard the 'locking noise' . On repressing the lock button the indicators flashed and heard the 'locking noise' which I normally don't!!

Sorry to go on but - Was the Central locking working as it should at the start or is it working correctly now!

If you pressed twice quickly you may have deactivated the deadlocking. If you lock and then press lock say 5 min later the lights flash only, like a beacon or a 'here i am ' :-)
