Retro fit parking sensors

Featured Replies

Hi Folks,

As the car I bought was already in country I couldnt have any of the extra bells and whistles put on it. The only one I'd have really liked was rear parking sensors and being a typical boy with toys I liked the idea of having the sensors display on my Bolero's screen.

Is there a cunning way to fit sensors and get them to show on there (without going back to the Czech republic before someone gets clever :) ) or would I just be stuck with beep, BEEP, Crunch?

Cheers,

Steve

The only kits I've seen for retro fitting are beep BEEP crunch as you put it :)

but some of the gurus on here may be able to retro fit the factory option for you....

I could have sworn that somebody in a thread towards the end of last year said that dealers would retro-fit parking sensors for a really reasonable price.

Dealers will indeed fit them, as Rag said, mine offered for 250 notes. However they either have a beep box or alternativley their own monitor to display where you are rather than the Gucci display on the Bolero screen.
