HELP!

I've got a Felicia 1,3 SPI.

My wiper motor seems to be worn out.

It emits sort of clonking noises and can only turn, if i disconnect the wipers from it.

It's gonna be heavy snow tomorrow, so I'm f..... without wipers...

And it seems impossible to get a motor right here, right now.

Except for a VW Polo.

So my question is:

Do the connectors for a Polo and Skoda match ?

Changing it is not rocket science. It's done in 10 minutes.

the motor out of a 6n polo or lupo (same motor) is totally different and they aren't wired up the same, looks like you are snookered i'm afriad

The old chestnut about the Felicia being supposedly based on the Polo again.

There's a chance a Favorit one might fit if you're struggling to find one.

A couple of spraycans of WD40 on the motor and all connections...

Then the wiperblades could jump, jump, jump across the windshield...

Have ordered a new motor on the internet and awaits arival.

When the cold freezing weather disapears, I am gonna look at i again. Maybe the wiperarm-pinions are worn out as well.

Need to take the hole car apart, actually and apply grease and oil to the needy spots.

New wiper-motor installed and all joints oiled and greased !

Easy to do, but not much room for my fingers :-)
