What stereo fits?

I am thinking of buying a Chinese-made stereo/GPS unit to go in the wife's Fabia II.

Can anyone tell me if the Octavia II profile (e.g. Stream unit) fits into the Fabia II

Also, is the Fabia II CANbus system the same as that in the Octavia II.

It seems to be a well regarded unit judging by some other forums. They seem to think it fits Fabia, Octavia II, Superb etc., but I am uncertain as to whether this would actually be the case.
