door panel

Featured Replies

how do you take the n/s/r door panel off when you cant unlock the door ? so i fix thanks

With difficulty, I'm afraid. :(

i had to do this on mine. everyone said its hard its not buddy

1st undo th 2 bolts where the handle is and then take covers off around the handle and unplug little tweeter and electric window.

then with interior out pull around the door card at the edges hard and it will pull off it does break a few plastic clips but there on 37 p each

now the pain part you have to smash the motor to pieces to get to whats left the metal mechanism once there you have to find the bar thats got the latch over and hey presto it will unlock.

all in all took me 2 hours to do.

p.s new motor is around £80 from skoda..

it really isnt to hard just very fiddly smashing the hell out of the old motor
