Mudgaurd and body sealant

Featured Replies

Can anyone tell me what is the name of the product that they put under the wheel arches and around the metal joints that come into contact with water,it does not have to be the product they use on skoda`s,just a good product will do,anyone?

its just rubberised sealant, most underseal will be fine as long as its thick enough when put on

The actual stuff used is a polyurethane sealant I think, this sort of stuff http://www.toolstation.com/shop/Adhesives+Sealants/Sealants/Polyurethane+PU40+Sealant+White+310ml/d180/sd2350/p67949 but it would be very difficult to spread that evenly. I would just peel off any loose stuff to stop water staying at the back of it and use the black bitumen stuff which you can just paint on.
