MSN rate the Yeti

Featured Replies

I haven't seen this link elsewhere, apologies if I've missed it.

MSN road testing the Yeti and another really positive review.

My link

All the test seem to comment on the top models being expensive. I'm strugling with this and can only put it down to 'brand perception', ie Skodas should be cheap. I rate my Yeti better than any car I've owned, including VWs, Audis and a Volvo, for the combination of driving pleasure, quality and abilities, and struggle to think of another vehicle that covers these bases at a similar price.

"the Yeti is a quality bit of kit and radiates class through the use of premium materials" but is expensive ?

Think it's the brand, as you indicate.

Went for a meal at me Jag X-type driving mate's the other week - brand new superb sat outside.

Even though a rental, his Mrs was mortified that they had a Skoda on the drive - what will the neighbours think ? She then went on to say how much better than the Jag it was !

Tony, you're far from alone in that line of thinking!

Outside of my biased opinion, several of my colleagues and mates are now seriously looking to get one on the strangth of what they have seen in my Monster....and they've firmly been in the Jag, Beemer, Audi, VW camps up until now.
