Not that I could actually afford it. But wouldn't that look good on the driveway!!

Is it a Ebay Item????

How much is it..

No it belongs to a garage. It isn't advertised as for sale. But i'm told if someone came along with the right money, it'd be their's.

Just not sure what the right money is!!

Yes it would and I hope that it stays with the stickers on it.

I like that one, just only on special occasions, Ide have that with all the trimings and lots of mods and only take it out for a drive, never to get anywhere lol.

isnt that the one that someone said £10k and it was theirs? some time last year?

they will want silly money for it trust me.....

the value of these with stickers on imho will only go up in time due to there rareness

and the garage will know that

nice car though i like but couldnt have it as a daily driver

Na not daily use,

And I would say that there are not many left in the UK with stickers on,

to me soon as the stickers come off then the car is just a fully loaded cop car lol with a plate on the dash

a plate on the dash that falls off lol

imho it wasnt a good car made by them they should have made a fully out and out special

faster better handling wrc wing etc etc

instead they took a normal car added some stickers a metal badge that falls off different headlights with washers  and call it a wrc madness imo

thats why there not sort after

fair one they should of mad it 4x4 and given it the 225 engine minimum. and 18" spiders

Some of you guys make me laugh! They'll never be worth anything significant.

It is an ordinary car with a tenuous motorsport connection for marketing purposes - a 'cheap' brand, a family hatchback with ordinary performance, and some 'go faster stripes'.

There are thousands of special editions out there of far better and more desirable cars with motorsport decals and rally driver signatures. They just end up looking tacky.

For prices to be strong they have to be rare and desirable by a lot of people, usually because of exceptional performance and/or style and/or a sense of nostalgia.

99.999% of the population don't know what this car is or even care - it will never be worth anything special.

Why would they put a metal badge on headlights? Surely they would fall off if you used the washers and restrict the light beam........the worlds gone mad.

I wonder what would happen if you bought one with no mileage and stuck it in a garage for 40 years, would it still be worth nothing? How much would a mint Mk1 Ford Escort RS1600 with no mileage be worth now, 50k+? The limited edition vRS is as sort after now as the the Escort was when it was launched, hardly anybody wanted one apart from enthusiasts. All it takes is a little vision.

disagree with you big time this is a car that is a true limited edition only 100 ever made and only 25 right hand drive. so they will become rare due to people smashing them up

also the number that are left in original fettle is very low this will be a car that goes up in value fact ;)

agreed there I dont think there is any other LE car of similar type that only had 100 made?

and with only 25 made for this country(RHD) and most no longer have their stickes I am sure that upto 2 or 3 are sitting somewhere in a garage with no more than 20 mile on the clock ready to make 3 times the money they payed for them in years to come.

It doesn't matter how rare they are - they are not desirable and they never will be!

There is nothing exceptional or ground breaking and there is no genuine heritage.

Take a look at classic cars - some are down to 1 example but they are near worthless.

Others are rarish but widely available but still expensive to buy.

People grew up with escorts and rallying and dreamed about them as children.

No one did that with Octavias! Well not normal people anyway LOL.

and everyone who has said they like it has also said they wouldn't actually drive it alll the time,

as far as i am aware its a vrs with a sticker set?? oh and a badge, the fact that you cant actually use it in most forms of motorsport with out adding lots of bits kinda makes it not so special in my eyes, take a metro 6r4 or an rs200 they are special low production cars desigined as rally cars and sold for road use, i know where my 50k would go lol..

does look tidy tho but just cant see it increasing in value (didn't one sell on ebay for 3k not long ago)

oh and if anyone wanted the same sticker set i have a tame sticker bloke who does everything for my rally car and would knock a set up if he had pictures etc
