Need a few pointers!

Got a 2008 L & K estate diesel which has been great but I'm starting to get some funny noises!

First one is when the engine is switched off. After about 5 or so seconds there's a groaning noise like air being sucked in somewhere. Fuel system perhaps?

The other one is a cracking / creaking noise form the pasenger side of the dash when going over uneven surfaces. Not so much bumpy surfaces but seems to be where the chassis perhaps twists slightly.

Any ideas?

Its been to Falmers in Leicester for this creaking issue and its yet to be solved!!

The funny noise at power off is likely the aircon flaps closing
