Notice to BRISKODA Mods....

Is there any chance of creating a 'retrofitting' sub-forum; possibly as a sub-forum of 'technical guides' and making all of the posts on retrofitting various bits of kit 'sticky' to that forum? There's a real mine of good information where people have worked out tutorials and clever bits of trick information - it would be great if these could be made sticky and kept in one place.

There is already an "Octavia Technical Guides" sub forum which kind of contains the information you are pointing at

But I do see what you are saying, how about doing a list of what you think would fit into this forum and we could tidy and sticky up the most pertinant guides?

Could I suggest a Sticky of What to post in the Guides threads -

Please only post Tried and Tested Guides in this thread. Do not placed any requests for help or assistance here, post those either in the main Octavia thtreads or 'Ask A tech' if you are a Freedom member.

When posting a Guide please list any special tools required and part numbers if possible, together with any useful preperation required to make the job easier and quicker.

Please include clear pictures if possible.

I've started to compile a list of different how-tos.

There are a couple on different sites, a few Russian Octavia ones, that with Google Language tools, you can make sense of..

I'm sure it will be a great resource!
