Well I want to fix this niggle, its vibrating down at the front but cant see any reason why itis. I "think" it stops when I turn the blowers off, probably becuase the engine it at a lower idle and vibrating less. All rubber lug type things are still there.

No. I'd start by checking that the buffer rubbers either side both make contact with the metal when closed. Buy some thin "plastiguage" and put it on the rubbers, then close the bonnet and make sure it's been well squished both sides.
