Hello all. I have a Fabia VRS Tdi 130 and have just had the cam belt changed. The timing has been rechecked and it performs great at speed. However at idle it now "misses" like a petrol engine. At its worst it felt like it was running on 3 cylinders.

Only seems to be a problem when the engine is warm. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm only guessing but have you had the fuel pump timing checked? I will admit now that I have no idea if this can even be a possible cause.
