Im thinking of getting an IPhone 3GS over here in Dublin on 02, seeing as that only 02 do the IPhone here. Is it possible to send vid and pic messages via MMS to another fone on another network with it? My mate has an early IPhone and he cant send pic messages with it!!...Has this now changed with the new version?

nah 3g has it as well (or did have after the firmware upgrade)

Ah maybe my mate hasnt has a firmware upgrade then.....i know it was one of the reasons i didnt get one ages ago after he said that he could send vids and the like!! Il drop him a wee txt and see if he can do it now...

IIRC the 3g didnt come with video recording, the 3Gs does

so 3G - does MMS

3Gs - does MMS and video recording

IT is possible to record videos on a 3G, but you will need to download an App for that

Have a 3GS myself. Good phone, but Vodafone Ireland will have it next month.

Apparently theyve been saying next month for three months now!!...rang vodafone and they say they dont know exactly when it will be and the plans will be exactly the same price. So any way off into town today to get one sorted
