Fabia Estate Greenline Road test Video

Featured Replies

Hi People,

This may have been mentioned before elsewhere on the site, but here goes anyway. Yesterday I found an interesting video road test of the Fabia Estate Greenline. Also, a good write up of the Hatchback 1.4TDI. This was on the 'Which' site (how dare you, no...not my wifes!). To access it you need to be a subscriber. I took out their £1 one month trial which can be cancelled at anytime, all online. During the trial you have complete access to their site and all and every thing they have ever tested in the last 3 years. I'm looking at buying a new telly the size of a house for the world cup, and want a roadtest on all the tellys!

All the car tests are very searching and clinical unlike some of the mags who are often more emotional and wooe'd by the shinnyness of the cars. Testing is the same for all cars they look at, and very exacting. Well, the Fabia Mk2 diesels (1.4TDI) come out of the tests superbly! They are rated well above average for build quality, reliability and performance etc. Usual critiscm of course about the engine being a bit noisey at low revs but ok when cruising etc. Running costs unbelievable low etc. Good quality, well designed interiors with almost unrivalled space inside the estate. They go on to cover the on-road experience, cornering, roadholding etc. It's rated very highly in every respect. All of us that own them know all this of course, but it may be useful to some who are considering the Fabia.

Got to be worth a pound for anyone who's interested! Go here: My link Enjoy!
