Good to see pics of them fitted

What tyre size are you running?

Steve

I've held my tongue on these wheels as seeing pics of the wheels alone at the start i thought they would be far too retro and look god awful!

This impression still stood after seeing the arrival of the final rims and the trial line up shot.

However seeing them fitted and working against the dark paint work they don't look half as bad as i excpected. Not to my taste (i prefer something a bit more open and spindly) but they do look really good.

On the shot showing the green caliper through the rim though the tyre looks a bit bald! ;)

not to my taste but they look ok. loving the fellow wind deflector club member :) its all good :)

They look really good! LCR splitter will finish the front end nicely!

Looking good, they suit the car quite well! Needs more low though :)

not keen on them tbh sorry

agree ^ :(

also not to keen on them either

Not to my taste at all, but I'm all for anything other than standard

think they look wicked,

just need to lose the arch gap a touch more

then youll have a nice tarmac rally stylee going on

sorry no likey, imo they look like steelies

Its a good job I chose them for me then! :)

I'm not one to go with the crowd! I liked the style of the Tt Comps I had, but I hate being a sheep - 3 other VRS near me have TT Comps on - they are so done to death!

The tyres are 205/40/17 Toyo T1R's and they are only a couple of months old - noticed the bald look on the caliper pic too! Trick of the light!

They are grey far away, but with a bit of sunlight on them they are loads of different colours! I really love them!

Rally Slag FTW!

I like them a lot, but i think the same wheel/colour but in 16" and the car a little lower would also look great !

Are they a lot lighter than the Comps ??

Would be at least 2Kg lighter than Comps, which are just a touch lardy! :D

They are pretty light - much lighter than I was expecting!

Yeh think they look good. They look a git to clean though :-)

Splitter works well with everything too...

Good work!

Steve

P.S. Not all of us have things setup the same - these pics are still on page 2 for me ;)

ok - fair enough! :) Took me a good 2hrs to cut and line up the cupra front splitter. Was going to get started on the boot install too, but forgot where the big bulkhead gromit is! :D

Like that a lot!!! Fancy getting a photoshoot organised for the scottish lads??

looks good! alot better now its cleaned.

have you removed sump guard?

hmmm im undecided. thier definatly growing on me! sounds funny but i perfer the look of them on the front wheels to on the rears.

the splitter, i bought one aaaaaaaages ago and went to put it on and where it curves inwards towards the centre, uknow where it lines up with the grille stuck out really far and i couldnt seem to hide the top edge. did you have this problem because i never notice it in any pics with them on!

Looking good, although i still say it needs to come down more at the back. :)
