I will soon have some spare cash in my bin, and, as the vRS has 110000 on the clock, i reckon changing the shocks might be a good idea. Now, I want adjustable replacments (up n down) as i marshall the odd rally and want to lift the underside off the rocks.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please, as my t'intenet searches have drawn a very large .

the market is flooded with all different makes of coilovers that are height adjustable form cheap to very expensive
